PROSPETTO NORD

The project to relaunch the Sasso Moro Hotel & Restaurant involves the redevelopment of the disused hotel, resulting in a 4-star superior hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant and a spa.

The project focuses not only on the functional and urban regeneration of the area, but also the redevelopment of the surrounding landscape, with the river that flows near the entrance of the hotel. The shipyard with marina for pleasure-boat owners, bordering on the hotel car park, is just one of the possible ways in which interesting synergies could be created.

The entrance to the building is at lake level. It leads to the lobby with the reception, offering direct access to the stairs and lifts.

The ground floor is home to the bar and fireplace and the restaurant area which overlooks the lake with two large terraces.

The project focuses on the use of large windows, and the top rearmost floor offers more privacy for the suites on the third floor and a lower impact

in terms of volume.

The panoramic rooms can seat up to 200 people for any type of event and the lake is perfectly visible at 180° from any place at the tables.

The ground floor offers access, via a staircase, to another dining room and the “pied dans l’eau” lounge bar with a large teak deck.

A short pedestrian walkway leads to the floating, heated pool envisaged in the lake basin.

Heading upstairs to the three upper floors of the hotel, we find the spa/fitness area, and a total of 23 rooms and suites, also featuring terraces,

all with a lake view.
